Terms of service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern every order placed on amplifys.eu ("AMPLIFYS"), published by FELLER ANGEL LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY. Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms.

2. Services

AMPLIFYS provides digital social visibility services (followers, likes, views, streams and similar interactions) for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn and Spotify. Quantities, options (Global mix or Country-targeted audience) and delivery modes are chosen by the customer in the configurator before payment.

3. Pricing

Prices are shown inclusive of all taxes and calculated live in the configurator according to the quantity and options selected. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time the order is placed.

4. Orders and payment

Payment is made online by card, or by any other method offered at checkout, through a secure (SSL) gateway. An order becomes final only once payment has been confirmed.

5. Digital delivery

Services are delivered digitally to the account, post or public content specified by the customer (@handle or URL). The customer warrants that the information provided is accurate and undertakes to keep the account public throughout delivery. Processing generally starts in under 30 minutes. The customer chooses between express and gradual delivery.

6. Subscriptions

Some offers are available as a subscription (weekly or monthly): the quantity selected is delivered in each period and the corresponding amount is charged at each renewal. Subscriptions carry no minimum term: they can be cancelled at any time from the customer area ("My Account") or by e-mail to contact@amplifys.eu; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

7. Right of withdrawal

Under article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for a service that has been fully performed, or for digital content whose performance has begun with the consumer's prior express agreement and express waiver of that right. By confirming an order, the customer requests immediate performance of the service and expressly waives the right of withdrawal from the moment delivery begins.

8. Guarantees

If an order is not delivered within the stated timeframe, the customer is refunded in full on request. Should delivered elements drop, a refill is carried out free of charge, generally within 48 hours of detection or of the customer reporting it. AMPLIFYS gives no guarantee of results in terms of organic engagement, sales or revenue.

9. Liability

The customer uses the services under their own responsibility and declares that they are authorised to act on the accounts and content concerned. It is the customer's responsibility to check that use of the services is compatible with the terms of the platforms concerned. AMPLIFYS's liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.

11. Disputes and contact

These Terms apply subject to the mandatory provisions of the consumer's country of residence, including, for France, free access to a consumer mediation service. Contact: contact@amplifys.eu.
