Refund policy

Guaranteed delivery

Every order comes with a delivery guarantee: if your order is not delivered within the stated timeframe, you are refunded in full on simple request to contact@amplifys.eu.

Automatic refill

Should delivered elements drop (followers, likes, views, streams), a refill is carried out free of charge, generally within 48 hours of detection or of you reporting it. This protection is included with every order, at no extra cost.

Digital services already performed

As these are digital services performed immediately, no cancellation or refund can take place once delivery has been fully completed, except under the delivery guarantee above (article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code; see our Terms of Service).

Subscriptions

A subscription can be cancelled at any time from My Account or by e-mail; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, at no cost. Periods already delivered are non-refundable.
